At Aviator.NYC, we understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our clients and our instructors, ensuring availability for all students while respecting your time.
Cancellation policies vary by service type. Please review the policy that applies to your booking below.
Important: All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on the original payment method.
Standard Simulator Lessons
More than 24 hours before
Full refund or reschedule available. Contact us at hello@aviator.nyc or text 347-450-7519.
Within 24 hours
No refund available. Receive 50% discount on your next booking.
No-show
No refund. Full session charge applies.
Solo Simulator Sessions
More than 6 hours before
Choose between full refund or rebooking.
3-6 hours before
Rebooking only (no refund available).
Within 3 hours
No refund or rebooking available. Full session charge applies.
Remote Coaching (Zoom)
More than 6 hours before
50% session charge applied.
Less than 6 hours or no-show
Full session charge applies.
Phone Consultations & Certificate Services
Within 24 hours
Pay 50% towards your next booking.
No response within 15 minutes
If we call, text, or email and you don't respond within 15 minutes of scheduled time, no refund or credit available.
Adult Lesson Bundles
Validity
90 days from purchase. Sessions available in 2-hour or 3-hour lessons.
Within 90 days (unused)
If the bundle hasn't been used, a minimum charge of 2 hours at the standard $190/hr rate will be deducted from the refund.
Within 90 days (partially used)
Hours used are billed at $190/hr and the remaining balance of the bundle price is refunded.
After 90 days
Unused hours expire and the bundle becomes non-refundable.
Kids Lesson Bundles (Under 15)
Validity
180 days from purchase. Sessions available in 1-hour, 2-hour, or 3-hour lessons.
Within 180 days (unused)
If the bundle hasn't been used, a minimum charge of 2 hours at the standard $190/hr rate will be deducted from the refund.
Within 180 days (partially used)
Hours used are billed at $190/hr and the remaining balance of the bundle price is refunded.
After 180 days
Unused hours expire and the bundle becomes non-refundable.
