Today, up to 6 people per session at our current studio (bookable through August 31, 2026). From October 2026, the Midtown studio hosts events up to 20 people across three simulator stations. 20 is a planning target rather than a hard wall: a couple over is manageable at the same price.

No. Instructors run the briefing and keep every session accessible for first-timers. Pilot groups get scenarios matched to their experience instead.

Two or three hours. Group size picks which, not the price: smaller groups fit the two-hour event, larger ones take three hours so everyone still gets real time at the controls. Every session opens with a briefing and closes with a debrief.

No. This is a professional flight training facility, and that is the point. You fly an FAA-certified training device used by private pilot and instrument rating students, led by an instructor who flies professionally for an airline rather than by a host. Groups do celebrate here, and each audience has its own page with the packages that apply to them.

Yes, and there is no charge for it. Guests watch from inside the room and see exactly what the pilot sees, from the instrument panel to the outside scenery. Published guest capacities already include everyone watching. Photos and video are encouraged.

Nothing but comfortable shoes, since you use rudder pedals much like driving. No experience, preparation, or special clothing is needed, and the instructor covers everything in the opening briefing. Groups often bring their own food and drinks for the lounge.
