Kids Flight Simulator Birthday Parties in NYC

Our kids birthday parties are designed for ages 8-16. Kids in this age range can operate the controls with instructor guidance. For younger children (ages 5-7), they can sit alongside an older sibling or parent as co-pilot.

Up to 6 kids can rotate through the simulator during a 3-hour session. We recommend 3-4 kids for maximum flying time per child (45-60 minutes each). With 5-6 kids, each gets about 30 minutes of flying time.

Each child takes the pilot seat and flies real scenarios with an airline pilot guiding them. They can practice takeoffs, landings, and fly over the NYC skyline. Kids who are waiting can watch, help with navigation, or enjoy refreshments.

Yes! Parents and guardians are welcome to observe the entire session. You can take photos and videos. Our facility has space for parent observers, and many parents enjoy watching their kids experience the thrill of flying.

Yes! You're welcome to bring cake, snacks, and beverages. We have space for a small celebration. Please note that you are responsible for all setup and cleanup. We do not provide party supplies, plates, or decorations.

Absolutely. Our simulator is fixed-base (no motion), so there is no motion sickness concern. An airline pilot instructor guides every flight, ensuring a safe and fun experience for all ages.

Our instructors are patient and experienced with kids. If a child feels nervous, they can observe until they're comfortable, try an easier scenario, or sit with the instructor as co-pilot. There is no pressure—we want every child to have fun.

No, we do not provide party supplies, decorations, or favors. You're welcome to bring your own. Each child does receive a flight certificate as a keepsake of their flight.

Our Redbird MCX is an FAA-certified Advanced Aviation Training Device (AATD). It uses the same Garmin G1000 avionics found in real aircraft. This is professional flight training equipment—not an arcade game.
