What You'll Do Today
Today you learn PARE — the four magic steps that stop any spin. You'll call out each step in order while your instructor sets up a spin, so the procedure starts to feel natural.
- Learn the four PARE steps: Power, Ailerons, Rudder, Elevator
- Call out each step in order during a spin
- Use opposite rudder to stop the rotation and forward yoke to break the stall
- Recover and climb back to a safe altitude
By the end you'll have the PARE steps memorized and know what each one does.
